Bacon n' Eggs

I came across a pretty cool bowl at Ross, so I got it and I was trying to come up with a good first dish to put into the bowl. I asked a friend for a random ingredient and he said egg. So here I am. I think it turned out pretty nice.

Soft-boiled egg, prosciutto, fried basil, and a white wine emulsion.
